I met Michele at an open house when I was "just looking" We hit it off immediately and I knew she was the one to find me a house. Michele was patient with me, never pushing, emailing me info on places of interest until I finally decided it was time to get into seriously looking.
The day we went out looking for homes, Michele had many properties on her list, and we had a really good time looking, she always knew my opinion, and never tried to talk me into anything. (I was getting impatient with myself, but she never did) I did find my house the first day out - and Michele was awesome with the negotiations, and we had an offer accepted by the end of the day!! This was my first home purchase, Michele walked me through everything, and everything fell into place quickly. Even after the possession date, Michele continued to go over and above duty, having my garage door fixed and making sure everything was good for me.
It's been a year now, and Michele and I still visit, she is still making sure things are going well with me, and I know if and when I decide to purchase again I will call Michele and I recommend her to anyone I know that is buying or selling.
With Michele you get much more than just a real estate agent, she cares about making sure you get what is right for you, and that everything works out for you - she does a lot more than what you see, and puts a lot more time than she needs to to make sure you are satisfied!
