Making the Most of the Web

I make information accessible 24-hours a day, and respond immediately and directly to each and every prospective buyer. From my website, prospective buyers can get information immediately about your home.  Through my Personal Home Search, your listing will be sent by e-mail to every prospective buyer in my database, when your home meets their criteria.

Marketing, Marketing, Marketing

As soon as you list your home with me, I will enter your home in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database where other agents can immediately access your property information by computer. Your home also will be listed on Craigslist, Facebook, and five different RE/MAX websites. I regularly publish in magazines and newspapers in the area and send out direct mail to potential buyers.

Pricing Your Home

There are always several other homes for sale competing with yours. I will help you price your home competitively to attract qualified buyers by generating a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report, which will show you a range of prices being paid for homes in your area. You can complete my online home evaluation form to get a feel for your home's market value.

Staging

Improving, rearranging, decorating or de-cluttering the interior of the home are important steps in selling your home for the most money. This "staging" process is under-appreciated by many home owners and they can miss out on thousands of dollars due to the showing condition of their home. I help you to make good decisions on how to show a home.

Photos

Good photographs are essential to show your home in the best possible light.  I have photography training and usually take my own pictures of your home to create slideshows and panoramic shots. These photos are professional and crisp and highlight the positive features of the home.

Visual Tour

I use special software to create panoramic shots of your home and set that to a musical slideshow which I then upload to Craigslist and Facebook. With the Visual Tour I can add descriptions and highlight special features of your home. It is a lovely addition to the marketing portfolio designed to maximize your home's exposure.
